Network Support Services

Teknologi focuses on the discovery and implementation technologies most likely to positively impact the goals and needs of our clients. We provide a variety of “value added” services including:

Help Desk

We offer off and on-site help desk for level one and level two support needs.  For some clients, we are an overflow for busy engineers, for others we are the primary help desk.

Network Configuration

Firewalls, Routers, Layer 2 and 3 switches, SNMP - our engineering staff can do it all.  We plan and implement networks and also troubleshoot and expand network capacity.  We are conversant and certified in many vendors’ products including Cisco, Sonicwall, Juniper, Firebox, and Nortel.

Desktop Support

Windows desktops, Citrix and Terminal Services environments are supported by our multi-platform experienced team.

Server Management

Teknologi works with Linux, Windows, OS X and OS/400 server operating systems as well as embedded products.  Our engineers are experts in server set up, desktop preparation and integration with existing Forests or Active Directory Trees.
